Day 251 RIP Alex

Last night my delightful daughter, aged 37, lost her battle against Bowel Cancer. 

She refused to be defined by her illness but was most anxious that people younger than 60 should be tested. Please, if you have worries, please get yourself checked out. If caught early enough it can be treated. Otherwise another young life could be lost.
