The whole day has been spent decorating and searching for the stuff we needed to execute this plan.

We learned that some of our neighbors who put ceilings and windows on their ground floor balcony have been ordered to take them down, so our plan to make the balcony a safe place to keep the bicycle had to be thought over. Now the bike rack is underneth the big window. My idea and I actually think it's a pretty cool place.

So this means that we'll now rearrange the living room / kitchen and upstairs. And the balcony. I'm hoping we'll manage the living room today. Next we'll change the sofas from floor to floor. That's a sweaty job!
