Listening to the Quiet
My husband and I have a few hours between visitors, so I took him to one of my new favorite locations on the Cape. It is a meadow where I have found Northern Flickers and Chipping Sparrows in the past. There were no birds today, but we enjoyed the quiet and the wildflowers blowing in the breeze. I commented to him that I have never gotten a decent photo of a hibiscus or Rose of Sharon, so he pointed out this one as having potential.
