Life in a Northern Town

Back Blip - Tintagel

When my lovely Aunty Bunty used to visit from the US she would always want to go to Tintagel, which she pronounced as TIN - tu - jul. We still do that so I think Anisha probably thought we were bonkers.

We caught the Land Rover back up the very steep cliff to the village. At the top David reapplied he had left his coat behind so ran back down and found a big queue for the Land Rover. So he ran back up. I would have expired a quarter of the way up.

In the evening we had a lovely Italian meal in Padstow overlooking the harbour. We might have bought some more sea salt fudge while we were there.
