Harvest Festival

Backblip.

I went to support my lovely neighbour who was in charge of the Flower Festival at her local church a few miles away.  It had been open to the public for the last three days and I went on the last day.  St Peter's at Broughton, Staffs is a breathtakingly beautiful  little church and the floral arrangements were stunning.  After the Harvest Festival service this morning there were refreshments .....  tea/coffee/Proscecco and many homemade cakes!!  My dear late boss (she's still very much alive it's just that I don't go to the office any more!)  her Mum and lots of her family have a lot to with this Church and it was lovely to spend time with them all again.  My blip is of the  scarecrow harvesting the crop!
