The Chattering Classes

I read an article on the BBC website yesterday about the Britishisation of the American language. Feels like the empire is biting back as normally the complaint is about the americanisation of the British language.

Anyway, the 'chattering classes' was one of the phrases mentioned in the article.

These starlings were building into quite a large flock, suggestion that we might be about to see murmurations again. Will check when we get back from holiday.
