Thanks to Shipton Mill

This weeks Calumet project is "food" with I think the underlying text, flatter the food to make it look irresistible. I have therefore used a close up (project a couple of weeks ago) to try and show off the crust, seeds and sea salt.

My bread does IMHO taste good but mostly thanks to the millers rather than the baker.
