July 4th!

*I've finally got around to updating blip*

So over summer my university sent me to America for a two week study trip at George Washington University. We arrived on the 1st of July and spent two weeks in the states studying and exploring!

We (a group of 20 of us) stayed in university halls and my university/GW paid for all our food and flights and expenditure for the entire trip. I honestly feel truly blessed to have been chosen for this trip!

On the 4th July we watched the parade in Washington DC and then in the evening we watched the fireworks from the Lincoln memorial which were spectacular!!
