Chips by Richmond bridge

The builder turned up today. I’d planned on running to work today but changed my mind as soon as I woke up. The cats had slept in our room again last night and had woken me up at 4am.  Bibi sent me a message from school to say that the Spanish teacher had published the names of the kids who’d achieved the highest marks in the Spanish As level exams and Bibi had achieved the highest mark in one of the papers. She’d made plans to have pizza with Issy and Ciara and so didn’t come home after school. Penny came home and said that she had really enjoyed today. She’d found the maths lesson quite challenging yesterday.

Ben has gone to Huddersfield and as I cannot use the BBQ or operate the slow cooker, I went to Richmond with Penny. We went to the chippie and sat by the river with our bags of chips.
