Polzeath

This morning we stayed at Woodford Bridge and visited the gym then had a lovely leisurely swim. This afternoon we headed for Cornwall again and visited Port Isaac - what a great place. Had a superb cream tea in an old school that has been changed into a hotel and restaurant.
We then went to Polzeath and parked on the beach. Had a wander and just got back to the car when the heavens opened! Sat reading our books - very contentedly!
