Which means that James parks on the sofa with me whilst we watch Bake Off and talk politics in the advert breaks. It's not often he spends that much time with me!

Up early (4.30) tomorrow morning - train to London with a colleague. Attend a conference and back on a train around 3.30 to come home. Expect I will be knackered when we get back.
