Horizons

A seminal day in the shift in my focus! I attended a work event in Greenwich this afternoon - and made a late entrance to a room full of published authors!

Conversations; introductions; workshops - all giving me much to consider in terms of our organisation's next steps and the mismatch between creative industries and schools. Indeed, this is s 36 hour later back-blip as my head has been spinning ever since!

Travelled back with an ex-student who is now a writer and was inspired by a poet in residence at school when I was Head of English. Funny how things come round!
