Impromptu food market

Today I went to the local mall to have my hair done.  I'm not quiet sure what was going on but there appeared to be a food market in the middle of the shopping area.  It seemed to consist mainly of coffee, deserts and ice cream stalls. There was also live music.  It was very well attended.
