Honouring Dolly

Today was supposed to be my best friend Dolly's eighteenth birthday. We decided to honour her by going to one of our favourite places for walkies - the locks of the smaller Kinda canal, with a picnic spot and an ice cream hut. Dolly was here last summer and we had a great time. And we were here just weeks ago with Dolly's mum Heidi.

We had a great walk and shared pictures with Heidi, thinking back on all our happy memories. Dolly would have approved! Heidi also made sure I got some Lickin' Liver ice cream tonight.

I was so happy this afternoon when we went to my very good friend B for fika. I got a meatball, a big piece of sausage and some cheese! Awesome!!
