Rainbow over Wellow

A mix of sunshine and heavy skies,  showers and bright spots brought a spectacular rainbow to Wellow today.
I caught one earlier in the week while driving home from the shops, but was not able to pull over at the time.
So today, while out walking in the village it was a pleasant surprise to find this rainbow seemingly coming from the rooftops. Yet it had not been raining in the village at that time.
But never mind, I was able to capture the effect for today’s Blip  . . .  and memories back to my younger days, when I always regarded a rainbow as something magical.

Come to think of it, it still is!
