Chocolate Mousse

Well I never did, I owe someone a very big apology. I believe this is a Heston look at my RIDICULOUS specs Blumenthal recipe ...I am not a fan of his tbh.

It works, and is super quick and seems quite tasty from th ebowl scrapings! I'll report back later on the finer details!

I'd say that the five minutes claim is a bit ambitious. But thanks to ten minutes of hard whisking I shall be able to eat this guilt free! :D
