Broken Glass

Well it was pretty inevitable and even though the Dr told me I only had a virus when I took Finlay on Monday, I've ended up with tonsillitis as well. I woke up with that old familiar feeling of swallowing broken glass and generally feeling like I'd been scraped off someone's shoe.

It took me all morning to work up the energy to go through the motions of getting to the Dr and then picking up a hefty dose of penicillin.
