Sunshine on a rainy day....

After yesterday's downpours it was a day of drying out. One off I'll so sent the other down the road for the remaining load of bales. Made a bit of a mess but at least they are home.
Spoke to a neighbouring pal who had both their quad bikes stolen on Tuesday night. The buggers even cut their way through 3 fences to get away to the road with them.
The herd away with my Landrover taking a load of lambs to Stirling mart so I mucked out and bedded some cattle and had a shot of the new Claas tractor to spread the dung. Not sure if I like driving it yet but will have to learn to love it now.
An afternoon spent crawling around the guts of a combine cab fitting a new engine stop cable then off down the road to feed cattle.
Went to look the straw to see how wet it was. Some bits of the rows not too bad, other bits were sodden. At least there is a bit of a breeze to help if it doesn't rain again !
