Return of the prodical chicken

One of the chooks were gone when I came home from work. Turned out she was on holiday abroad beyond the fence at the neighbours. When they brought her back she was wet through. As the other were dry & fluffy one has to presume that the holiday included swimming in the fishpond. It was not an all inclusive package holiday though, because she didn't stop eating for about 15 minutes and then she parked herself at the waterbowl & didn't move for about 5 minutes; and she drank out of the metal bowl which they ussually don't like, right next to their brand new plastic one.

We did the MacMillan's coffee morning thing at work today so we'll have a variety of cakes for afters tonight to follow the HUGE spuds with garlic cream spinach with a bite. Enjoying a Antakari Carmenere Syrah from Falernia Estate in Chile at the moment.
