Road trip - day 6 - birds eye view

Up early today for our last run along the rim before we head out to Zion National Park.

Another great drive with ever changing scenery and we arrive at the campsite in Zion late afternoon.

Time for an easy river walk up the valley and we get to a point called canyon junction.

At this point I could see a line of people on the bridge with cameras and tripods all focussed on the view back down the valley (see extra shots). We have an interesting chat with one of the photographers - the view in question is an iconic one taking in Zion valley and they were all waiting for the sunset.
