Raclette

Tonight we had the first raclette of the new season. Raclette is a wonderfully low-fat meal, perfect for dieters....as you can see :-/
It's also perfect for people who don't eat cheese or potatoes. I had some olive-y bread and some goats cheese and a bottle of wine instead.....I've saved some wine for another day though as it was a particularly nice one I bought myself as a birthday present and, I felt, should be enjoyed more than once.

EDIT: for those of you who don't know what raclette is, an explanation
and then an explanation of my "don't eat cheese but had goat's cheese" contradiction - I can only eat fresh cheese, not matured and raclette is a matured cheese. So I grilled fresh goat's cheese instead.
