Noble rot

Well, not quite the noble rot that makes Sauternes so special.  These are the last of the grapes on a friend's vine, more for the birds than for the wine.  It was a very fulfilling day.  I achieved a lot this morning, designing interview protocols and setting up fieldwork, whilst N did other important things.  This afternoon we did lots of gardening and then we sat with P and J for bubbly and craic.  Home to manhcons de canard with leeks and creamy mash, yum.
