Flower Friday : : Rosebud*

Wasn't that the name of Citizen Kane's sleigh?

I must keep this short today because I have already ranted enough about the Dave and Dave, yet they continue to try my soul. Today our house is encased in opaque plastic with only one operable door. They don't have to paint the front door because we are getting a new one. If we weren't,  I wonder if they would have just wrapped us into the house without any ingress or egress until they decide to come back again?  

I found my way into the garden around the side of the house, under the ladders and through the gate in search of a flower shot, but it was quite windy, I had the wrong camera and didn't get a good shot. 

*The rosebud is from a bush called 'Lucky Strike' which is on about its third bloom of the season.I brought a bud inside with me, because I wasn't sure I would ever get back out again. Maybe I can fit through the dog door. Ozzie won't use it....
