Wet barley....

Yet again a day of heavy showers and sunny spells. I sometimes think this is turning into a daily weather blog, but everything I do is related to the weather at the time.
Went up to the hill shed to tag a batch of calves then back home to do a mix of feeding.
Down the road to feed cattle as the rain came on then back up the road to do the paperwork for this mornings calves.
Managed to figure out the BBC iplayer bit on the telly so caught up on This Farming Life while registering said calves.
Took the dogs a walk round a barley field tonight. Most of it is still on its feet but looking very soggy. The oats are looking a bit tired and will go flat if we get much more rain. Ho hum.
