The Artist, Her Dog & A Dinghy

We had a stroll around the beautiful harbour and headlands of Kassiopi this morning, stopping for a coffee and a spot of people watching, before heading back to the pool for a swim.

This afternoon I took a walk to the nearby beach of Avlaki. It was very quiet apart from this artist capturing the scene while her dog waited patiently. I thought I'd capture them.

We enjoyed an excellent meal by the harbour this evening. As well as the standard Greek cuisine, Corfu seems to have some distinctive dishes of its own with Venetian and Middle Eastern influences.the spicy fish stew, bourdetto, was really tasty as was the black, squid-ink flavoured tzatziki.
