Magnolia....

Despite its huge petals starting to carpet the ground, our big Magnolia tree is still looking beautiful. Here is one of its enormous flowers...
We had a mix of sunshine, brief thunderstorms, a light shower and cloud today. I phoned John, my twin brother tonight. He is celebrating his 75th birthday with his family in Christchurch. He is two and a half days older than me. I turn 75 on Monday. The story of our births is a long one.....
