Always get inspired after watching Gardeners World on  a Friday night, so have been out in the garden this morning during a sunny spell to start a bit more pruning and harvesting! Amazing how therapeutic just a few minutes can be when you're trying to tame an out of control clematis or cut back a shrub!  More therapy now in the way of some reading! The TBR - to be read - pile is totally out of control so time to play catch up!

It was my mums' birthday a few weeks ago and this is the remains of one of the roses in a bouquet she received! It has finally gone in the compost heap now but it has been amazing to watch the way it has faded!
