The generosity of neighbours

This morning the lovely lady who runs the arty, crafty, gifty shop in the village, presented me with this beautiful box of colourful abundance, all from her garden (and this is it after making tomato and runner bean soup). C loved it. He seperated out all the aubergines and very carefully lined them up, then added the tomatoes, then french beans, and finally put an onion on the end. I didn't know whether to post this photo of a picture of his amazing vegetable art :)
