Shadows on the Ben

We went to Glasgow this morning as I was booked to have an MRI scan of my hip at Gartnavel. Going into the scanning tube was OK, but being asked to stay quite still for 30 minutes was something else, especially when you have an itch on your nose and your leg wants to jiggle all by itself!

It was a dull, miserable day and the few pictures I took were uninspiring, even when we got as far as the power station at Inveruglas up near the head of Loch Lomond where the sun was trying to shine.

Eventually I got a few better pictures of Ben Cruachan as we came down Glen Lonan after having detoured to the tunnel to pick some more runner beans!
