Cosy evenings

There is a definite hint of autumn in the air this evening, time for warm cosy lighting.

I have only tomorrow to work before my 2 weeks annual leave and am in need of a break. My writing is even worse than usual and my brain is beginning to pickle, I must remind myself not to work 17 weeks on the trot, especially over the 6 weeks school holidays, which has been particularly challenging due to staff sickness and maxed out annual leave for those with school age children.

Tom had another gig tonight.

Mum had made me a delicious tea in a trade off for me lopping some branches off a tree that she couldn't reach, seemed like a fair deal to me.
