A Grand Day Out

Missy's first dog show. She was entered in four categories:

1. Best Puppy

Result: it's NOT ABOUT the WINNING it's ABOUT the TAKING PART

2. Best Crossbreed

Result: 6th! And a purple rosette. It's not about the winning it's about the getting placed.

3. Best Junior Handler

Result: 3rd! And a yellow rosette. And there was some serious competition including (pictured above) Lassie the real Sheepdog (100 years old) and Gandhi the Autism Assistance Dog (winner).

4. Waggiest Tail (yes, it seriously was a real category)

Result: my friends, you are looking at the 2nd Waggiest Tail in the Four Districts - official! And we have the blue rosette to prove it.
