We spent almost all day promoting Cycle Basingstoke as part of the launch of Basingstoke Green Week. Today's back blip is the statute of humanity crushing the earth that the Population Matters Stall had.

We had a very good day, lots of people signed up and if only 1 in 10 ever do anything with the group that's a few more active people. We also encountered zero hostility this year. Last year we had lots of outlandish anti-cyclist non-sense, this year people were more balance and possibly as the on-going effects of Brexit/Austerity people are looking to cycle because they can't afford to drive as much...
