Saturday 16th September 2017 (1848)


The rest of the family arrived this morning, we are now complete. After a wonderful breakfast the Pool and Table Football tournaments got under way. Then we started the orienteering course that had been set out by my brother. We split into various teams and set out across the valley on very suspect routes, collecting clues along the way. Needless to say the final destination was the pub up on the hill the other side of the valley!
 
We arrived back at our Inn mid afternoon, rather muddy. The tournaments continued and it got very competitive. 
 
The Birthday Celebration took place in the evening. We'd booked caterers to provide and serve a three course meal, which was wonderful. The games then continued into the evening. 
 
We are celebrating 10 special birthdays this year.
