Dean Village

Today we took a walk along the Water of Leith to Stockbridge and had a wander around the market there.  I think that's the busiest I've seen it, maybe the influx of new students helps.  It was great to see though, and lots of tasty hot paella, delicious looking cakes, fruit & veg, jams, fish, butchery etc etc were being snapped up.  We then took a walk further along the water to Dean Village where I took this photo, then jumped on the bus out to Cramond where, if you time the tides right (which we didn't), you can walk over the causeway to the island.  Maybe another day.
