Waiting until it stops raining.

Today some cities in Belgium organised a "car free" Sunday. Cars are not allowed in the city centre. As the weather was variable people had to seek shelter because it started to rain. A couple of minutes ago they purchased ice cream... 10 minutes later sun was shining again for the rest of the afternoon.
