Went on a fascinating walk with a historian who told us about all the coal mines under our feet in the Bedminster area and surroundings.  Finished up in his garage where he houses his maps, old photos and all the 'stuff' he has found in his allotment and garden to do with the industry and life in the area.

Thank you so much for the comments and awards for the old lady yesterday - I must say I was pleased with it too!
