Yes, eating! A ham, mustard and rocket sandwich to be exact but they don't really care what it is.
I did remove some of the ham, bits without mustard, and let them have some after I'd finished or they would have continued to stare at me!
I did a large pork joint for Sunday lunch, almost 3kg. So when I got up in the night, as you do when you are a bit older, I put it on to slow cook at 05:20. By lunchtime at 13:00 it was just falling apart and the crackling was plentiful and cracklingful too!
'Pulled Pork' has become very popular over the past 3 or 4 years, we've been doing it for decades :-)
