Fish Pie - Stage 1

I don't think I have seen this part of Mrs AMK's fish pie making before but she was on the go early this morning before church and I thought it looked quite colourful with the mixture of salmon, haddock and smoked haddock.  

Our elderly neighbour was invited round this evening to share the meal and it was delicious - the about to be eaten version is in the extra. She brought the white wine that went very well with it !
