The redevelopment by marina owner MDL, includes the opening of new restaurants and bars, as well as renovation of its berthing facilities. The hotel itself will boast a rooftop bar with panoramic views across the Solent and all bedrooms are said to have a view over the marina.
The marina owners say seamlessly tying together leisure, sailing and a stunning location to live, Ocean Village exudes a lifestyle which perfectly encapsulates Southampton’s maritime heritage and thriving millennial scene.
