Exmoor Zoo

The sun shone brightly. So Terrifo and self decided on an afternoon at the Zoo.  She'd never been in all the years she'd lived in the area, and although I don't really hold with animals in captivity/zoos, this small establishment does a lot of conservation and educational work. We had a lovely wander around and saw many delightful animals. These ring tailed lemur came out to have a group hug when the sun came out. We watched the pelicans being fed. What a hoot they were. Just loved their head dresses! 
We saw some Wild dogs - so rare in the wild but so beautiful. The otters played, the giant tortoise crunched grass, the various monkeys swing about, the birds sang; all in all a fine day out.
