University of Leeds

Martin and I took Ben up to Leeds University today.  We'd learned a few lessons from the emotionally disastrous drop off with James a couple of years before, and so things weren't quite as upsetting as then.

The accommodation is better than we expected and Ben is quite a socially confident person who is looking forward to getting to know his flatmates, with whom he has already been chatting on a Facebook group. 

Here he is on the newly made bed with my Photoshop skills highlighting the ice-breakers of choice (advised by James)... a box of Sol as a doorstop and his festival wristbands.

Couple of hours into our return journey he realised what he'd forgotten so there will be a parcel winging it's way to Leeds tomorrow.
