The Vet

Ellie doesn't like going to the vet - like most animals (and owners). She has a growth on her shoulder that seems to be getting bigger so we thought she needed it looking at.

It's just a wart. Nothing sinister thankfully, but if we would like it removed it would cost £200+!!!! They would also take the tartar build-up off her teeth.

Since the insurance wouldn't pay for cosmetic work as above and I don't want her facing the risks of anaesthetic if it's not life-threatening, it can stay there. It doesn't bother her and she can't reach it to nibble at it. We are going to the petshop though to buy her something to help her teeth.
