The city that never sleeps

That was the name of a blog written by an Aussie woman living in Hanoi - she described the peculiar insanity that is Hanoi so well. Part of Hanois appeal is its craziness - a random chaotic city that always seems to hang on the brink... But somehow continues to survive.
I keep getting drawn back to this railroad area - it takes on another flavor every time I'm there -
