One of the things I find most remarkable about our view is that quite often the sea looks like mud-flats, which it most certainly is not, it's far too deep. But one of the reasons I began this project was to show just how much our little stretch of Aegean can resemble some of lynnfot's images of Morecambe Bay. So far this year the sea has managed to avoid looking like that on a Sunday but today, at least, to a very small degree, it played ball. Not that my imagery is comparable with Lynn's, not by a very long chalk!
