No cycling today. I had an appointment in the garden, trying to mow wet grass. It made me think that perhaps it's time to get the mudguards and waterproofs out. My cycling friend Ian (aka Bexhill's Finest Living ex-Blipper) would refer me to the Cycling Rules #5.
