Verbena

I love the way the tall verbena grows through and alongside other plants.
But it is not as tall as my red hollyhock, which is much taller than I am! (see extra).
We had a busy morning as a group of friends came to look at JF's old cars, after which they all came in for coffee,  home-made lemon drizzle cake, and lots of chatting! 
Russet had a great time and some of the visitors made a big fuss of her!
