Bow...

A morning spent in Ikea (only an hour), but not before I'd made pulled jackfruit (vegan take on pulled pork, apparently) for dinner.

During work I started feeling a bit rubbish, but decided it was tiredness after yesterday's long day.

By the time I got home, my head felt like it was in a vice, I was freezing, aching and definitely didn't have that Friday Feeling.
