Crossword

I got out early
I got out in wind and rain
I got out to ride

Which I did for 34 miles and then spent the rest of the day lounging around reading the paper and doing a cryptic crossword for the first time in ages. With the occasional coffee and shortbread chucked in for good measure. Out for tea, a spin round the amusements and back in plenty of time to fall asleep in front of the telly.

Photograph was taken at Low Newton, 26 miles into my ride,  where I'd stopped simply to sit down and stare at the sea for quarter of an hour.
