I spent much of the rest of the evening with Andy and Jess at their new house, mainly chiselling away at old floor tile adhesive. What a painstaking job. But we're getting there. Tomorrow they're having a combi boiler and central heating system fitted.

And today was Danielle's first day at Uni. She got on really well.
