Success!

Karen sent me a bagel recipe so I've given it a go. The results of my bagel baking attempts to date have verged on the inedible so I wasn't too hopeful but amazingly this time they do actually taste like bagels. I'm pleasantly gobsmacked. A whole new world of bagels has just opened up before me ..... maybe.
